Club Moss (Lycopodium clavatum) is a cosmopolitan plant, found in forest and forest-tundra zones almost around the world. Club Moss is a perennial evergreen plant, reaching up to 10-25 cm in height. The stem is densely leafy, creeping. Slightly rising, also densely leafy branches, ending in two spore-bearing spikelets, depart from the stem. The leaves are small, numerous. Each leaf at the top ends with a long white hair. Spikelets are also covered with small green-yellow leaves.*
