All I can say is that the first night I took 30 drops in 4 oz water. The next day, I was eliminating waste all day. I would only suggest a person start off with doing the drops once a day and maybe progress to more drops after time.

This is a great product. We use it in conjunction with gelatinized red maca to help my wife's perimenopause symptoms. I was initially concerned about shipping this large jar. This will knock you out. I have to be careful not to take more than two squirts or I'll struggle a little in the morning. Definitely restful REM sleep and wake up refreshed.
