I am just glad to be on my journey being healthier and taking care of my body. I am following dr. Sebi diet and I am starting off with some generic brand or off brand compared to his cell food products but eventually I would like to purchase his products. This definitely does increase blood flow and help with energy levels it seems

Prunella Vulgaris is one of the better tincture's you can use .

This arrived in a med. size box & had cardboard taped around it; so it was very well packaged b/c it's a glass bottle. Was searching for a natural diuretic. I don't think this helps with that but I do think it has some health benefits. Apparently, it has a lot of vitamins & nutrients. I have only used it twice. That's why only 4 stars It does have directions on the label.

This was hands down the BEST packaging I have ever seen. I was amazed AND impressed! I think you could have dropped this out of space and it would still be in great condition! I HOPE the product works as well as I have beed told it would. I think I must be the most tired person in the US. My mind races 24/7 and has forever. I NEED this to work, I'm tired, I will add to this post as I use it.

easier to get down than alcohol base.alcohol base may seem more effective, b/c it is a more severe effect on the tongue. this too gives a tingling to the tongue, just not as severe as alcohol. i can easily recommend this product---especially for children that may need it for respiratory infect due to yeast. i have used the excellent Pharm Herb product for years, but needed the glycerin base.
