This stuff keeps me from getting lichens sclerosis, which is a female gentalia skin issue. It will drive you crazy from itching. I swallow 1 full dropper every day. I no longer use any steroid creams which makes me very happy.

This is a great product. We use it in conjunction with gelatinized red maca to help my wife's perimenopause symptoms. I was initially concerned about shipping this large jar.
