Haven't noticed any physical difference / improvements, and not just male issues, read recent Life Extension Mag. for more important factors to be considered. Haven't used that long, thats why I reserved rating, but one needs to be patient in use. Seller offers good market pricing, and fast delivery (equally good packing protection).

Recommend placing in gel caps and allowing for occurrence of digestive potency (about 20-30 mins) prior to ingestion of particular religiously-affiliated alkaloids. Enjoy outer space.
