Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops (1 ml., one full squeeze of dropper), up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.

- Blood clotting: sea cucumber body wall contains fucosylated chondroitin sulfate and sulfated fucan, which can act like blood thinners and may increase bleeding risk. If you take anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, or are approaching surgery, consult your practitioner before use.
- Saponins: sea cucumbers naturally contain saponins (holothurins), so keep to the suggested serving and do not use it continuously.
- Allergy: it is a marine animal, so avoid it if you have a seafood allergy.
- Marine origin: like other seafood, it can carry trace heavy metals, so short-term use at the suggested serving is sensible.
- Pregnancy / nursing: avoid use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
- Contains alcohol. Keep out of reach of children.
