Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), also sold as carom seed or ajowan, is a small seed spice of the carrot family (Apiaceae), long used in the kitchens of India, Pakistan and the Middle East. The part used is the dried seed. This alcohol-free extract is prepared from the seed in a smooth vegetable glycerin base.

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your practitioner.*
