1/4 avocado
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup cold water (at will)
3/4 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

1 avocado
2 cups frozen mango cubes
1 cup orange juice
In blender or food processor, combine avocado, mango, juice and 1 cup water.
Puree until smooth.
