Processing to shipping time took about three days. Time in transit was good. Not sure how long it takes to see any improvement (taking for only two days now) so just can't verify how well product works. If it works I would rate a 5, if not then I would rate a 2. The 1st bottle in this set and all previous orders have had sediment in them, I always thought that meant good potency however the 2nd bottle of this set I just opened, and it is transparent with no sediment. Did you change the formula, or if this is just a fluke. I still love your products, I just have never had a bottle that looked like this. Please advise. Michelle
