Avocado (Persea americana) is a tree of the laurel family (Lauraceae), a relative of bay laurel, cinnamon and the camphor tree. Most people know only its fruit. This product is made from the large seed at the centre of that fruit - the pit, which is normally discarded. This tincture is prepared from the dried seed using a traditional alcohol extraction.

Avocado (Persea americana) is familiar worldwide for its fruit. Our Avocado Seed extract captures the dried seed - the part usually thrown away - in a concentrated liquid tincture.
About our Avocado Seed Extract:
We start with Persea americana seed grown in Hawaii, extracted using the classic alcohol method for a highest-strength tincture with a long shelf life. It is a whole-seed extract - not an isolate - carrying the seed's natural profile. It is gluten-free.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (about 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper bulb) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by your practitioner.*
