I have had other periwinkle products but this is the first none alcohol one. It did not seem to do the same as the alcohol one. Not sure if it is because of the potency is different but I'm thinking it is because of the alcohol not be the driver into your system. I just did not get the same ef ..

This is a great OSHA root extract. It has alcohol, but it doesn't burn the tongue like some concoctions do. Osha Root works great for coughs without the 'cough medicine' side effects.
