Catnip (Nepeta Cataria) is an aromatic perennial plant of the mint family (Lamiaceae). Catnip (Nepeta cataria) is a familiar member of the mint family, easily recognized by its soft, gray-green leaves and small flower spikes. Famous for the response it draws from many cats, it has also long been a garden and household herb. Our Catnip tincture captures the dried leaf and flower in a concentrated, alcohol-based liquid extract.

We start with quality catnip leaf and flower and use a classic, conventional alcohol extraction with organic alcohol, vegetable glycerin, and water. It is a whole-herb extract - not an isolate - carrying the plant's natural profile. This is the true catnip, Nepeta cataria, and it is a botanical supplement for people.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to four times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. Drink the entire contents.*
