Corn Silk (Zea mays) is the soft cluster of threads that everyone who has ever shucked an ear of corn will recognize. Long used as a traditional herb, it is known in Chinese herbalism as Yu Mi Xu. Our Corn Silk tincture captures the dried silk in a concentrated, alcohol-based liquid extract.

We start with quality corn silk and use a classic, conventional alcohol extraction with organic alcohol, vegetable glycerin, and water. It is a whole-silk extract - not an isolate - carrying the plant's natural profile. This is the silk of Zea mays, not the kernels.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to four times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. Drink the entire contents.*
