What is the difference between the alcohol-free and tincture versions?

Both are liquid extracts of the same Capsicum annuum fruit; only the solvent differs. The alcohol-free version is a glycerite made with vegetable glycerin and purified water, suited to those who avoid alcohol. The tincture uses alcohol as the traditional solvent, with vegetable glycerin and water. Both deliver the fruit's constituents in a convenient liquid you take by the drop.
