Calm Mood is made from Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) Dried Leaf, Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) Dried Root, Saint John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum) Dried Herb. Lemon balm is a flowering perennial native to southern Europe and the Mediterranean. It has since been cultivated in other parts of the world, and has become naturalized in North America. The herb can grow to nearly five feet tall, producing small white flowers. St John's Wort also known as Hypericum perforatum, Perforated bush, Hypericum, and Klamath weed. Hepericum perforatum is one of many species known commonly as St John’s Wort. It is native to Europe but has since been naturalized to other temperate climates around the world, with particular prominence in North America. Valerian Root also known as Valeriana officinalis. Common Valerian, European Valerian, Valeriana and Allheal. Valerian is a perennial plant, native to Europe and parts of Asia. It grows in meadows and woodlands within moist, temperate climates and has since been naturalized in North America. The root system consists of a vertical rhizome and an abundance of smaller rootlets which are harvested and dried at temperatures less than 105 degrees Fahrenheit. *

Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
