HAWAII PHARM LLC JOINED RIO DEL LAGO 100 MILE ENDURANCE RUN

Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run began in 2000 by Norm and Helen Klein. This tradition has been going for more than 20 years! And 2022 is not an exception. The Rio Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run took place on November 5, 2022. The 100-mile course is a variety of terrains that novice and veteran runners alike enjoyed.

2022 Rio Del Lago 100 began at beautiful Beal’s Point, at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area in the Sierra-Nevada Foothills. With Folsom Lake as the sparkling backdrop, the runners traversed through Oak woodland and meadows, over bridges and creeks, up and down switchbacks and along the most spectacular trails in the area. The scenic 100-mile foot race combined 2 of The Best trail races in Northern California: American River 50 and Way Too Cool 50K.

Our production manager Takeshi Yamada has represented Hawaii Pharm in the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run and showed an incredible combination of raw will and fortitude. Taking part in such a race speaks volumes of physical and mental toughness.

We can't describe how much respect we feel for what Takeshi Yamada accomplished on those trails. Spending 22:39:34 to finish the 100 Mile Endurance Run, he took an honorable 35th place out of 196 participants.
