This is an alcohol-free liquid extract (glycerite) prepared from the dried wood chip of Eastern Red Cedar - Juniperus virginiana, an aromatic North American tree of the cypress family (Cupressaceae); despite the name, it is botanically a juniper, not a true cedar. This product is for external (topical / aromatic) use only.
