We start with quality California poppy seed and, unlike alcohol-based products, our formula is 100% alcohol-free, using a gentle vegetable glycerin base. It is a whole-seed extract - not an isolate - carrying the plant's natural profile. This is Eschscholzia californica, the golden poppy - not the opium poppy.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to three times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. See the safety note below. Drink the entire contents.*
