Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) is a perennial evergreen, highly branched shrub 30-60 (100) cm tall. The crown is spherical. The lower branches are strongly branched, rising; carry numerous young felt-pubescent whitish-grayish shoots. The root system is rod, ligneous, branched in the upper part. When blooming, the leaves are felt-pubescent, grayish-green in color, later become naked and green. Flowers are false whorls of 6-10 pieces, collected in loose or dense apical spike-shaped inflorescences. Corolla obscurely two-lipped, bluish-purple in color, with large lobes. It blooms from July to September.*

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops (1 ml., one full squeeze of dropper), up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
