Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) is a small tree or bush with a height of 1.5 to 5.0 m. The crown is dense; the branches are covered with short thorns. Inflorescences are axillary, with 1–7 flowers. The fruits are small - 3.5-6 cm in diameter, ovate, with greenish flesh. The peel is green, yellowish-green or yellow; with full maturity, it is very thin. Flowering and ripening of fruits occur throughout the year. However, the main flowering is observed with the onset of the rainy season (in May-June).*

Suggested use and dosage: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
