We start with the whole dried reishi mushroom (fruiting body) and, unlike alcohol-based products, our formula is 100% alcohol-free, using a gentle vegetable glycerin base that helps preserve the mushroom's constituents. It is a whole-mushroom extract - not an isolate - carrying the mushroom's natural profile. This is specifically Ganoderma lucidum, red reishi.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to three times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. Drink the entire contents.*
