This arrived in a med. size box & had cardboard taped around it; so it was very well packaged b/c it's a glass bottle. Was searching for a natural diuretic. I don't think this helps with that but I do think it has some health benefits. Apparently, it has a lot of vitamins & nutrients. I have only used it twice. That's why only 4 stars It does have directions on the label.

It was hard for me to find liquid chlorella, I used this supplement in juices or smoothies, it is good to know where I can find it now. The delivery was on time and very well packaged.
