Thought this would not work but it does.

This product really works on my nightly leg cramps. I have bought it twice and noticed some variation in taste and strength, but both bottle work well. Will buy again from this vendor. Note to vendor: the stronger tasting bottle seems to work better.

This product is good and stops the pain after approximately an hour. I like it except that I expected it to relieve the pains over a shorter period of time.

easier to get down than alcohol base.alcohol base may seem more effective, b/c it is a more severe effect on the tongue. this too gives a tingling to the tongue, just not as severe as alcohol. i can easily recommend this product---especially for children that may need it for respiratory infect due to yeast. i have used the excellent Pharm Herb product for years, but needed the glycerin base.
