It is a whole-flower extract - not an isolate - carrying the plant's natural profile. This is specifically the flower of Nelumbo nucifera, the sacred lotus.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to three times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. Drink the entire contents.*
