Black Garlic (Allium sativum) is an herbaceous perennial plant with a complex bulb, numerous oblong-ovate sessile bulbs, enclosed in a common white membrane. Bulbs can be white, yellowish, dark violet, pink-violet in color. Garlic propagates vegetatively with the help of bulbs. The stalk is leafy, straight. The leaves are flat, linear, grooved on top, sharp, keeled on the bottom. The inflorescence in the form of an umbrella is covered with a membranous cover until flowering. The height of Garlic is 30-60 cm. The plant blooms in June-July.*
