Ginkgo, the oldest living species of plant on earth, is more than 225 million years old. It contains gibberellin, cytokinin-like substances, ginkgolic acid, bilobol, ginnol, aspartine, calcium. Gotu kola is a low growing creeping perennial herb that likes hot, moist climates in the South and Southeast Asian tropics. It is native to India, Japan, China, Indonesia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the South Pacific. Gotu kola loves to grow near slowly moving water (one of its common names in Ayurveda is 'mandukaparni' which means frog-leafed as this plant grows in swampy areas). It has small round bright green leaves with white, light purple or pink flowers, and produces an oval shaped fruit. Rosemary is an aromatic member of the mint family native to the Mediterranean region where it is utilized as a treasured culinary spice. It is a flowering evergreen, producing thin, needle-like leaves which are harvested for food or medicine. Rosemary plants are commonly cultivated and easily grown in many household gardens. They can grow prolifically and prefer full sun and well-drained soil, but can also thrive in pots on the windowsill.*

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops (1 ml., one full squeeze of dropper), up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
