California Poppy (Eschscholzia Californica) is a typical species of herbaceous plants of the genus Eschscholzia. The stem is straight or branched, smooth, sometimes bluish in color. The root is rod, powerful. A flower is solitary with yellow to orange petals. California Poppy blooms from February to September. The flower closes at night and in cold windy weather, and opens again in the morning, but may remain closed if it is cloudy weather. Saint John's Wort (Hypericum Perforatum) is a perennial herbaceous plant up to 30 - 100 cm high. Rhizomes and roots are underdeveloped, unbranched. The leaves are opposite, sessile, oval, whole-edge, with translucent glands in the form of black dots. Flower petals are strewn with black-brown or purple dots, especially along the edge. The plant blooms in June-August. The fruit is a three-celled oblong-ovate capsule. The fruits ripen in September-October.*

Solvents: Other ingredients: vegetable glycerine, alcohol, water.

Additional information about ingredients: Contains NO gluten, sugar, yeast, mold, corn, salt, wheat, soy, artificial colors, dairy foods, preservatives or synthetic fertilizers.

Suggested Use: Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place.

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops (1 ml., one full squeeze of dropper), up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
