Piña Colada Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1 raw egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
0,5 banana
0,5 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons flax seeds
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
