I started taking turkey tail to reduce bad knee inflammation and water on the knee that had lasted 5 years after an accident. No question that it works. My knee is no longer swollen or has water. I would say, 95% better. Trick is that it must be taken at least twice a day, but better three times. ..
What a great alternative to trying to give my dog a pill. I don't even have to open her mouth for it, she loves it. My only suggestion is to put measurements on the dropper.
