This product works FABULOUS for me. It has reduced my ankle swelling and fluid retention. It's 90 % as effective as when I was on a low dose prescription medication (hctz). I bought the 4 ounce size and am taking 1 ml daily/1 dropper full. I either mix with an ounce or so of water or take undiluted then follow with a sip of water. I am happy that it is organic and alcohol free.

I have ordered this a couple of times and it works wonders in a herbal tea 3 times a day for post nasal drip. It has been my "go to" for years!

I am now a return (2x) customer. I don't know what it is about this stuff, but I drink @ 1/4 cup per day (is that too much?) and as soon as it hits my digestive system and goes to work..I am CALM! before I go to yoga, before a dr. visit,dental visit--whatever...it works. But the odd thing is that later on, I realize I have not been grinding my teeth---and no jaw aches or headaches! Magical potion!

I started taking turkey tail to reduce bad knee inflammation and water on the knee that had lasted 5 years after an accident. No question that it works. My knee is no longer swollen or has water. I would say, 95% better. Trick is that it must be taken at least twice a day, but better three times. Keep it in your system overnight as well. Note that it must be taken for the long term, especially if you are past age 30, as your stem cell are much reduced after that age. Amazing for me.

I have had other periwinkle products but this is the first none alcohol one. It did not seem to do the same as the alcohol one. Not sure if it is because of the potency is different but I'm thinking it is because of the alcohol not be the driver into your system. I just did not get the same effects. Not a fan.
