I've been looking for years for something that will eliminate leg cramps, which interrupt my sleep every single night. Drinking tonic water nightly helped a lot but didn't totally eliminate them. Mellow short lasting buzz. Best in moderation as the body seems to adjust quickly and build up a tolerance. Not a bad flavor. Does the job.

Really effective at blunting the hangover. Tried it out in Vegas this weekend. Very happy. Its almost clear and has a slight, sweet flavor. Easy to add to a glass of water or take straight.
