This is an alcohol-free liquid extract (glycerite) prepared from the dried whole herb of Club Moss - Lycopodium clavatum, a low, spore-bearing evergreen plant of the clubmoss family (Lycopodiaceae), also called Common Club Moss, Ground Pine, or Stag's Horn Moss. - Not the huperzine species: this is Lycopodium clavatum, which does not contain huperzine A; do not confuse it with Chinese or Fir Club Moss (Huperzia serrata / Lycopodium selago).
- Skin: apply to intact skin only - do not use on open wounds or broken skin, and keep it away from the eyes and mucous membranes. Do a patch test first, and stop if redness, itching, or rash develops.
- Pregnancy / nursing: do not use during pregnancy; if breastfeeding, use only sporadically and after consulting your doctor. Do not use long-term.
