This Cleanse And Detox extract is made from the Ethically wildcrafted or Eustainably sourced Dried Da Huang (Rheum Palmatum) Rhizome, Slippery Elm (Ulmus Rubra) Bark, Sheep Sorrel (Rumex Acetosella) Herb, Burdock (Arctium Lappa) Root.
Other ingredients: vegetable glycerin, crystal clear water.
Suggested use:
For dogs: under 30 lbs, use 0.25-0.5 ml 3 x daily; for dogs 30-60 lbs, use 0.5-1.0 ml 3x daily; for dogs more than 60 lbs, use 1-2 ml 3x daily; For cats: use 0.25-0.5 ml 1-2x daily. 1 ml is approximately equal to 25 drops.
Safety information: Keep out of the reach of Children. This formula is not for use in pregnant or nursing females, animals with kidney or liver disease, or those with seizure disorders. Do not use this product before surgery. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.

Processing to shipping time took about three days. Time in transit was good. Not sure how long it takes to see any improvement (taking for only two days now) so just can't verify how well product works. If it works I would rate a 5, if not then I would rate a 2. A 4 right now is just being op ..
