Oat Straw (Avena Sativa) also known as Common Oats and sometimes referred to as "avena". Oatstraw is, as its name suggests, the above ground parts of the oat plant left after harvesting the grain. Oats are one of the plants that humans have eaten since prehistoric times. Oats contains Carbohydrates, silicic acid.*

Suggested use and dosage: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
