Pine pollen comes from the tree Pinus Sylvestris – a variety of pine which originates from Eurasia. It’s an evergreen coniferous tree that can reach up to 35 m in height. It has a thick lepidote bark on the lower part of its trunk and thin orange bark on the upper part. The sprouts are brownish and have a spiral scale-like pattern. The needles are blue-green and twisted. *

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before using. Take about 20-30 drops (1 ml or 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb) to 2 oz of juice or water up to 4 times a day.
