No instant effects so if you think this will get you going after consumption try something else
I was having terrible leg cramps each dialysis session. Within two days of taking Quina ,30 drops with water x4 daily I've had 3 dialysis sessions with NO cramps. I will continue this solution as long as I need it. Will try reducing the drops slightly to save a little but now I am one happy old ..
