California Poppy (Eschscholzia Californica) is a typical species of herbaceous plants of the genus Eschscholzia. The stem is straight or branched, smooth, sometimes bluish in color. The root is rod, powerful. A flower is solitary with yellow to orange petals. California Poppy blooms from February to September. The flower closes at night and in cold windy weather, and opens again in the morning, but may remain closed if it is cloudy weather. Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) is a perennial herb, reaches a height of 1.5 m. The rhizome is short, thick, with a loose core, often hollow, with transverse septa. The roots are often separated from the rhizome. The color of the rhizome and roots on the outside is yellowish-brown, at the fracture - from yellowish to brown. Stem is up-straight, furrowed, with branches closer to the inflorescence.*

Indications: Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool dry place.

Suggested use and dosage for adults: Shake well before use. 20-30 drops (1 ml., one full squeeze of dropper), up to 4 times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
