I just began making my own facial cleanser. I'm combining this with other natural, alcohol-free ingredients, so I don't really know how this is performing on its own. I'm impressed with the careful packaging of the bottles. No way they would get broken. My only complaint is so far I have not been able to open one of the bottles. The rim goes around but the rubber top does not cooperate. Any suggestions??
