Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) is one of the world's most prized culinary spices, sometimes called the "queen of spices," in the ginger family (Zingiberaceae). Its small, intensely aromatic seeds are found inside green pods and carry a warm, sweet, slightly citrusy scent. The part used here is the seed.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) is a classic aromatic spice long valued in cuisines from India to Scandinavia, flavoring curries, chai, coffee, and baking. Our Cardamom extract captures the dried seed in a concentrated, alcohol-free liquid.

We start with quality cardamom seed and, unlike alcohol-based products, our formula is 100% alcohol-free, using a gentle vegetable glycerin base. It is a whole-seed extract - not an isolate and not the essential oil - carrying the spice's natural aromatic profile. This is Elettaria cardamomum, green cardamom, and specifically the seed.

Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults take 20-30 drops (approximately 1 ml, one full squeeze of the dropper) in 2 oz of water, tea, or juice, up to three times a day, or as directed by your practitioner. See the safety information below. Drink the entire contents.*
